1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Task Force AI ("the Service"), operated by Grace Technology ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page.

2. Description of Service

Task Force AI is a web-based platform that orchestrates multi-round adversarial debates and cooperative symposiums using AI models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. The Service allows users to submit prompts, deploy AI task forces, and receive consensus reports. The Service also provides specialized help agents, downloadable PDF reports, and a REST API.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in using a Google account via Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google for account creation and identification purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Units and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid unit system with metered token-based billing. Units are purchased through one-time payments and are consumed when you use AI task forces, chat, and other platform features according to actual token usage (1 Unit = 1,000 tokens). There are no subscriptions.

• Units are sold at a rate of 500 Units per US dollar ($1 = 500 Units).
• Minimum purchase amount is $5.00 USD. Maximum purchase amount is $500.00 USD.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Units do not expire and have no cash value.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service beyond the provided API, except as authorized.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, and inputs you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Output: Reports, debate transcripts, and other AI-generated outputs produced by the Service are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs. However, AI outputs may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI).

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Grace Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI outputs are not professional advice. The reports and analyses generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence models and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, scientific, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. AI models may produce errors, hallucinations, or biased outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grace Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at the email address below. Upon termination, any unused units will be forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gregg County, Texas.
