Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Task Force AI ("the Service"), operated by Grace Technology ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Task Force AI is an Enterprise-Grade web platform that orchestrates multi-round adversarial debates and cooperative symposiums using AI models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and Mistral. The Service allows users to submit mission briefs, deploy AI task forces, and receive consensus reports, all protected by a Default-ON PII Shield, Zero Data Retention architecture, and Lossless Memory storage.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in using a Google account via Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google for account creation and identification purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Units and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid unit system with metered token-based billing. Units are consumed when you use AI task forces, chat, and other platform features according to actual token usage at per-model rates published on the Pricing page. There are no subscriptions.

  • Units are sold at a rate of 500 Units per US dollar ($1 = 500 Units).
  • Minimum purchase amount is $5.00 USD. Maximum purchase amount is $500.00 USD.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Units do not expire and have no cash value.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use & Security Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must strictly adhere to the following architectural boundaries:

  • PII & Media Uploads: Our Default-ON PII Shield redacts text, but cannot redact pixel data. You expressly agree not to upload raw image files containing unredacted Protected Health Information (PHI), corporate trade secrets, or highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • General Prohibitions: You must not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or defamatory content; reverse-engineer the Service; disrupt servers or networks; or use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service beyond authorized APIs.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Sovereignty

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the prompts, mission briefs, and documents you submit. Because we utilize B2B Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our sub-processors, your data is processed statelessly and is legally prohibited from being used to train third-party AI models.

AI-Generated Output: We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, debate transcripts, or reports produced by the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Grace Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers & Professional Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Professional Exemption: While Task Force AI is engineered with enterprise-grade confidentiality safeguards for strategic and professional use, the Service orchestrates AI analysis and is not a licensed attorney, medical provider, or financial advisor. You retain ultimate responsibility for data sovereignty, compliance with your industry regulations, and the final real-world application of any strategic reports or debate transcripts.

Accuracy: We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content. AI models may produce errors or hallucinations. Always consult qualified professionals for high-stakes decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grace Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination & Data Destruction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at the email address below.

Right to Erasure: Upon account deletion, our systems execute an atomic Hard Delete, permanently and physically wiping your mission briefs, debate transcripts, files, and behavioral records from our databases and cloud storage infrastructure. Unused units are forfeited upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gregg County, Texas.
